Alla Marinyansky is the Founder and Principal of Marin Strategic Advisors and has more than 27 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and is a seasoned executive in corporate development. Most recently she was Head of Business Development at Organon for Established Brands and Regional BD. Prior to that she worked at Pfizer as Senior Director in Worldwide Business Development and had multiple roles of increasing responsibility in BD as well as in Finance. Her experience spans various roles in finance, business development, and commercial groups at well-known large cap companies such as Viatris, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Securities. Alla has an MBA from Columbia Business School where she was a Samuel Bronfman Fellow, a BA from New York University where she was a Presidential Scholar and was in the top 5 of her high school graduating class from NY’s prestigious Stuyvesant High School.

• Two commercialization deals with Eli Lilly for migraine medicines Emgality® and Rayvow®

• Equity sale of Brazilian branded-generics company Laborotorios Teuto

• Purchase of state-owned company in China

• In-licensing agreements for assets, both marketed and in development, in women’s health, cardiology, ophthalmology, pain, neurology, oncology, and dermatology
